Annual report: Solid result despite shifting market conditions

The knowledge and technology group, Eltronic Group, presents its 2025 Annual report. The Group’s total revenue increased to 2.38 billion DKK from 2.07 billion DKK the previous year, corresponding to approximately 15% growth. After taxes, Eltronic Group achieved a profit of 80 million DKK.

“This year has brought significant industry changes, geopolitical uncertainty, and shifting market conditions. Such external factors shape our opportunities in both constructive and challenging ways. Although a few of our subsidiaries have faced headwinds, others have shown impressive growth. Yet we deliver a very satisfactory result – achieved together as one committed group” says Lars Jensen, CEO and President of Eltronic Group.

Alongside a strong financial performance, Eltronic Group also marked their 25th anniversary, a significant milestone.

“Over the past 25 years, we have grown into a global organization built by dedicated people. It is a journey for which I am grateful, and has only been possible thanks to the talent, dedication, and shared drive of our employees to improve our customers’ competitiveness,” concludes Lars Jensen.

Growing demand drives momentum
Eltronic Group continues to build momentum, supported by strong demand. During the year, Eltronic A/S and MME Nordic A/S experienced solid growth within life science, while Eltronic FuelTech A/S strengthened its position in safety systems for alternative maritime fuels such as ammonia and methanol. In addition, Epcido has made significant progress with a high level of activity, driven by demand in the European market for the installation and automation of logistics systems.

As customers accelerate their efforts to decarbonize and future-proof their operations, this increased activity has translated into positive growth and results across the Group.

We are proud to see our solutions making a real difference in industries that are essential to the green transition. From enabling more sustainable life science production to supporting the safe use of alternative fuels in shipping, our teams are helping customers move forward. This is clearly reflected in our strong development,” concludes Lars Jensen.

Adapting to a challenging wind energy market
While several of Eltronic Group’s key industries have shown strong momentum, the year has also brought challenges in other industries, including wind and Power-To-X. ENABL A/S continues to be affected by the ongoing downward trend in the global wind industry, where projects have been paused or postponed. As a result, ENABL A/S has adapted to current market conditions through organizational adjustments and management changes, strengthening the company’s foundation and positioning it for future projects.

Regardless of the conditions, the Group remains close to its customers, continuously adapting to their needs with the mission of improving their competitiveness. Lars Jensen adds,

“Our customers are at the core of everything we do. Their needs, ambitions, and challenges guide how we develop our business and the solutions we deliver. We adapt, we listen, and we strive to create value.”

The coming year: more of the same, better together
After a strong financial year, Eltronic Group enters the coming period with a solid foundation and confidence in the long‑term potential of the markets they serve. The global situation and market trends are expected to reduce the overall activity level in the Group. As a result, Eltronic Group’s revenue and earnings are therefore projected to decrease the coming year compared with 2025.

The Group’s continued focus on efficiency, adaptability, and a value-driven approach ensures that Eltronic Group remains well positioned to navigate a changing market. At the same time, the Group maintains a strong commitment to delivering value and high quality to its customers. Lars Jensen’s long-standing motto, ‘More of the same, better together,’ remains a guiding principle for the Group going forward.
